BEFORE PARTICIPATING ON Millinery Fashion Accessories, YOU MUST READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
- Definitions
“Application” means any mobile application that may be developed by MFA to support or accompany the Site and Services.
“Collective Content” means Member Content (defined below) and MFA Content.
“Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software (excluding the Application), audio, video, information or other materials.
“Buyer ” means a Member who makes a purchase via MFA
“Services” means the services made available by MFA through the Site and Application.
“MFA Content” means all Content that MFA makes available through the Site.
- Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons on all accessories/jewellery so please make sure you are 100% happy when making your purchase. All product imagery of our styles is a true representation of how they look in real life. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Hygiene is super important to us here at MFA so when ordering your earrings please make sure they’re right and perfectly perfect before ordering because we will not be able to exchange them for you. Our bling is made from a variety of materials and if you have any allergies or if you are sensitive to such materials as nickel or zinc alloy then we recommend you do not wear our accessories. These materials can cause irritation if you have a reaction and we definitely do not want that for any of our customers. Please be warned that you do wear these sparkly accessories at your own risk.
We hope you love your MFA accessories (earrings, handbags, necklace or headband) as much as we do, in the unlikely event they are damaged we will happily replace the item free of charge.

- Shipping
Deliveries in Ireland generally take between 2-5 working days. We use An Post to send all our parcels. Sometimes, however, we are very busy, particularly during restock days or Christmas etc, so deliveries can take longer. If your delivery is urgent just pop an email to info@millineryfashionaccessories.com with your order number and we can prioritise your delivery for you.
Deliveries in the UK generally take between 2-5 working days, we use 2nd class Royal Mail Post. If your delivery is urgent just pop an email to info@millineryfashionaccessories.com with your order number and we can do our very best to get your order to you any faster if we can.
Deliveries to anywhere outside of Ireland and the UK vary depending on where you live, if you need some more information on delivery times to your country please email info@millineryfashionaccessories.com and we can help you further.
- Modification to Terms and Conditions.
MFA reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify the Site, Application or Services and to amend, modify, add to or remove any portion of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, including, without limitation, the Service Fees (defined below). If we amend these Terms, any such amendment will be effective immediately upon MFA either posting the modification on the Site or via the Application or providing you with notice of the modification via email. If you continue to access or use the Site, Application or Services after we have posted a modification on the Site or via the Application or have provided you with email notice of a modification, you shall be deemed to have accepted and you shall be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not accept the modified Terms, you shall cease using the Site, Application and Services.
- Member Content License
We permit Members to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit Member Content. By making available any Member Content on or through the Site, Application and Services, you hereby grant to MFA a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such Member Content on, through, or by means of the Site, Application and Services. Style Lend does not claim any ownership rights in any such Member Content and nothing in these Terms will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit any such Member Content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all Content that you make available. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Member Content that you make available through the Site, Application and Services or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to MFA the rights in such Member Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the Member Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the Member Content or MFA’s use of the Member Content (or any portion thereof) on, through or by means of the Site, Application and the Services will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Feedback
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site, Application and Services. Please submit feedback by emailing us at info@millineryfashionaccessories.com
You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of MFA and you hereby irrevocably assign to MFA and agree to irrevocably assign to MFA all of your right, title, and interest in and to all feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein. At MFA’s request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as MFA may reasonably request to assist MFA to acquire, perfect, and maintain its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the feedback.
- Notices
Any notices or other communications permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in writing and given by MFA (i) via email (in each case to the address that you provide) or (ii) by posting to the Site or via the Application.
- Force Majeure
Neither party shall be responsible or have any liability for any delay or failure to perform to the extent due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, embargoes, labour disputes and strikes, error in the coding of electronic files, Internet or other network failures, power failures, cyber attacks or third party attacks
- GOVERNING LAWThese Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws
